Ductless Air Conditioner

We install ductless systems for a few recurring situations in Etobicoke and the GTA:

Additions and converted spaces. Basement apartments, sunrooms, garage conversions, finished attics — anywhere the original ductwork never reached. Running new ducts into a finished basement means tearing open ceilings. A ductless unit goes in without touching drywall.

Older homes with no ducts at all. A lot of the pre-1960s housing stock we service in Etobicoke was built with radiator or baseboard heat and never had ductwork installed. Central air isn't an option there without a major retrofit. Ductless is.

The one room that's always wrong.  We get this call constantly — every room in the house is fine except the primary bedroom over the garage, or the home office that used to be a porch. Rather than rebalancing an entire duct system to fix one room, a single ductless head solves it directly.

Condos and additions with strict renovation rules.  Condo boards in Etobicoke and Toronto are often difficult about anything that touches shared ductwork or requires exterior venting changes. A single ductless head with a small line set is usually the path of least resistance.
